1. Should I request the online registry for a merger project?
   You should request the registry by deposit for the merger project, providing the identification data of all the participant entities. This single request will originate as many registries by deposit and respective permanent certificates free of charge as the participant entities.
2. Can I publish the convocation for the general meetings of all the entities participating in the merger?
   Yes. You can upload all the convocations, indicating the NIPC (Collective Person/Registration Identification Number) of the respective entity. Each convocation is published free of charge in relation to the entity indicated, upon the registry’s payment.
3. Can I publish the convocation to the General Meeting for the deliberation of the merger or demerger at the moment of the registry request of the respective project?
   Yes. At the moment of the project’s registry request, you can upload the convocation document, indicating the respective entity’s NIPC (Collective Person/Registration Identification Number). The convocation is published free of charge at the online publications site, in relation to the entity indicated, upon the registry’s payment.
4. What is the cost associated to a Registry by Deposit request?
   A registry by deposit costs € 100 at any Commercial Register office counter; online, the registry is subject to a 40% reduction, therefore, each online registry by deposit costs € 60.
5. Should I request the online registry for a merger project per each participant entity?
   No. With a single request, the applicant is requesting the online registries for the merger project of all the entities participating in the merger. Thus, for legal purposes, the person requesting the registries must represent all the participant entities.
